Welcome to Little Dove Design. I am Monika, the Founder and Creative Director.
I have always believed that life is most vibrant in the small, intentional details—the texture of a hand-pressed card, the curve of a typeface, or the warmth of a personal note. To me, creativity isn’t just a career; it is a way of sustaining the soul and honoring the moments that matter most.
My design heritage began with a degree in Fine Arts and a decade in the high-stakes world of New York design. As a Design Director for global giants like Omnicom and Revlon, I learned how to build brands that speak to millions. But it was during a hiatus to raise my three daughters—including my twin girls—that I found my true calling. Amidst the beautiful chaos of family life, I realized that we need "Hygge" now more than ever.
Our Philosophy: Design for Well-Being Inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge, Little Dove Design is built on the values of comfort, presence, and connection. In an all-too-hectic world, I create designs that serve as thoughtful reminders to slow down and cherish the "sweet moments." Whether it is a birth announcement or a bespoke wedding suite, my goal is to create a warm, inviting experience that adds a layer of enrichment to your life.
As a mother and a creative professional, I understand the challenge of balancing a fulfilling career with a welcoming home. My work is my way of embracing it all—and helping you do the same.
